Bruce Silva entered the mortgage industry at Continental in April of 1987. As a graduate of Pace University, Bruce went on to become an accomplished Mortgage Planner. With over 21 years mortgage originating experience and nearly $1 Billion of loan production, he is considered an expert in the field of Real Estate Finance. Having the added designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, CMPS, Bruce is often invited to speak at numerous real estate related events and seminars.

Bruce’s knowledge and understanding of the mortgage business is impressive to even the most seasoned real estate and mortgage professionals. His strengths lie not only in his understanding of the business; his performance reflects his character and integrity. Most of Bruce’s clients are repeat customers, and many consider him a friend. His business is constantly growing from referrals alone.

Personally, Bruce is an active member of his Church. He has also been named Man of the Year by the Multiple Sclerosis Society, for his active fundraising. As a true family man, Bruce loves spending his personal time with his lovely wife and four children.

Isabell DiMola is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and partners with Bruce Silva. She has over 12 years experience in the mortgage industry. Isabell is not a traditional loan officer, she counsels her clients on the best strategies to manage their debt, protect their assets, minimize their income taxes and properly manage the equity in there home to create long term wealth. 

Isabell is also the Director of Housing Education at Upper Room Christian World Center in Dix Hills, NY. She educates people through seminars to give them the knowledge needed to make educated decision on mortgage financing. She assists people who have credit challenges and helps them to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving the American Dream of Home Ownership.

Nick Bigotti is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with 24 years experience in the mortgage industry. His focus is to help our clients build and protect wealth by better managing home equity and personal cash flow.

Anthony Mastroianni is our Senior Mortgage Planner who specializes in reverse mortgages. He brings to our team a valued background; He is a retired Suffolk County Public Administrator and a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker. Anthony received his Masters degree from C.W. Post college, he is a veteran, husband, father and grandfather.

Christine is the Office Manager at Continental Home Loans, Inc. She is the smiling face that greets everyone who comes to our office. Christine maintains the friendly hospitality that visitors receive. She also processes our monthly mailings and helps with seminar arrangements. Christine makes sure that the office supplies are replenished, and she helps with daily activities and needs. Graduated with her bachelors from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Christine spends much of her spare time, volunteering at a local animal shelter.
